Welcome to Topenergy Building Energy Efficiency Forum!
it's a completely open forum,the proper destination of this forum is
to make some conveniences for the people's communication who are
interested in energy efficiency ,green building, and sustanable
architechture.
the discussed fields of it include energy efficiency policies and
codes, energy efficiency publicizing,building energy efficiency
technologies, energy efficiency assessment and building energy
efficiency market in China. Particularly, it provides a place
disscussing the building energy efficiency marketlization of China
among the goverment, enterprises, and academic
circle,such as EMC(energy management contract),ESPC(energy saving
performance contract),ESCo etc.
