I am investigating the latest US East Coast energy system crash.
And I know that about the same time, few days after this crash,
same collapse happened in London. It is OK! But a few days after the
London crash, almost the entire Italy "enjoyed" the same type of
blackout.
The question is that does anybody know large blackout like those,
about the same time (September/October, 2003) somewhere else in the
world?
If so, please let me know.
