actuators made from shape memory alloys have been developed which can
manipulate large molecular sized structures. What are some ways this will have
a direct bearing on molecular manufacturing development? Do you think, from
what the article says, that arrays of these could do direct manipulation and
manufacturing, from the nano to the micro or macro scale, themselves? |
