China will become wealthy and that will benefit the US. no?

The issue is that the US will level economically with the rest
of the world..... if its going to be a world market...

we are 5% of the richest in the world, we will level with 80%
of the completely destitute... not totally but to a large
extent if we wish to be competitive in those markets.

So the third world will come up 20% or so, not bad... we will
drop by 60% or more as we are currently seeing in the middle
class (the core element of any viable nation)

.... that will be the balance. It won't be pleasant for the
US majority or the poor. The 10% rich and 20% in civil
service wont notice the problem...as civil service at least
sucks the rest of the blood from the productive middle class.

Isolation of cultures and markets will be the only way imho
that any given culture can stay at its current level...

isolated third world countries will stay destitute, isolated
rich economies will stay that way by not allowing themselves
to be assimilated into the large morrass of half starved
people willing to work for food. The US has chosen to
assimilate. A terminal mistake, except for the rich, and US
corporations who benefit by cheap labor...

this is a terminal mistake for the nation though.. its tax
base goes into collapse, govt and military funding evaporates,
dominance over the rest of the world evaporates...our past
enemies then call the shots.

This US govt insanity is driven on the basis that 'all boats
rise with a higher tide'.... and that IS correct...

In *time all boats will rise. In the meantime, 100 years or
so, the US is going down as the tide ebbs out for our cash cow
industries.

So what will the new USA be like? Look at Rome, Spain and
England, each at one time ruled the known world... they still
exist now, but tide has ebbed for them.

These countries are no longer even marginal international
players. Others dominate.

Our own CIA predicts Indian and Chinese economic domination
over the US within 10 years... give it 5 years. Thats all it
will take.

The CIA hedges by saying the US will still dominate
militarily... thats a bit thin you see. No bankrupt nation
dominates viably to any great degree. The US is currently
bankrupt.

That will become totally obvious by virtue of exceedingly
distressed times... over the next 5 years and beyond for half
a century or a lot longer. (100 years typically.)
