Hi,
Gee the price of housing depends on location. Who would have thunk it?
Some years ago I overheard 2 people taking about renting in New York City,
and citing a couple of hundred dollars a month. I thought, not bad, about
what a room would cost in the campus area here in Madison. Then I realized
that they were discussing the rent on a parking spot for their car.
So beware of applying an average or mean value to a particular.
