dimension of Feynman amplitude

My question is hopefully easy:
I am theoretical chemist and thus used to SI atomic units rather than
natural
units. A scattering amplitude T_fi is dimensionless, but what is the
dimension
of a reduced or Feynman amplitude (calligraphic M) ?
