Here it is on channel 32, included in ALL basic cable packages.
Then again, I'm using cable and not a dish.
Maybe you should have a talk with your network, it is they that decide
what a subscription package contains. Better yet, you have an internet
connection, www.weather.com works just great here and with a battery
backup I can get updates even when the main power is off, or buy a
weather radio. Lots of options.
