The nano semiconductor is supposed to give 50 times lower power consumption
aswell as significantly faster switch times to work with radio at 60 GHz.

Any comments on plausability, impact etc..?

Breakthroughs like this happen several times a week. If 2% of them

The breakthrough will be a fabrication idea
which is actually feasible. Making one by
hand is one thing but the challenge is to
have them integrated and machine made.
The first semiconductors were a carbon
plate with two metal sticks pocking into.
When it worked, it had a beta of 0.2, when ...
