I recommend 2 great books:
Strogatz "Nonlinear Dynamics and Chaos" and Hilborn "Chaos and
Nonlinear Dynamics". There is also available to download for free a
book by Cvitanovic "Classical and Quantum Chaos" from http://chaosbook.dk/

The book by Ed Ott on Chaos is also quite good. It's at the level of
Strogatz' book and compliments it.
