Heart attack, cardiac arrest, or what you want to call it, just don't do
it over night or on weekends.

Personally don't know what the researchers were expecting to achieve in
terms of change in policy. It's hard enough in most places to find
nursing staff for over-nights and weekends, and certainly you are not
going to get the best attending or even senior post grads to be on call
much less in house on those hours. |
