In old castles they used to hang tapestry on the wall to help keep the
heat in. I was wondering if this is an viable way to save energy
today in a home with single skin walls. Insulation on the outside may
need planning permission, and on the interior walls polystyrene may
lead to dampness and lose space all year round. |
