My husband and my situation is a little different. We are in a law
suit right now with a golf resort that thier members are RCMP, lawyers
and government officials. We have not beable to get any where when we
filed a complaint with the RCMP and now have Stockwell day involved.
The Rcmp finished 2 of thier investagation with our even talking to us
about the complaint. So we have asked Day to reopen the investagation
so that we can show them proof that the RCMP lied, changed reports,
and allowed the members of the resort to break the law and refused to
file our complaint when we notified them that these laws were being
broke. When the crown attourny told us to to file a complaint with the
RCMP against the members that were threatning us to keep quiet about
the illegal activity on the resort or they will shut our business
down. The RCMP changed the wording of our complaint and then refused
to follow up on it. They did shut our business down within three
months. We lost everything. The Alberta gaming and liquior also did
nothing when a complaint was filed with them , and now await thier
response as to why they did nothing.
We have recently found out that thier may be inexcess of 100 lawyers
in this law suit.
Where does one go to file a lawsuit against the RCMP.
This has been going on for 3 years and we feel that the RCMP have had
some kind of in put as to our life. For some reason we cannot get a
lawyer to help as the one we had took a powder when it became clear to
him as how many of his friends were on the resort.
We cannot get a job to save our life.
It is scary to think that they have this kind of power.
