Source code is available in the 3GPP specs availble on the web site.

Note, IIRC, Kasumi is patented (forget who) and they gave rights to 3GPP to
use it, but for anyone else, I am not sure it applies, but it has been a
while since I looked at this.

Mitsubishi. I'm not sure if there are specific patents on Kasumi, but
since it is a derivation of Misty1, those patents apply. But Misty1 is
licenced royalty-free, so Kasumi should be as well.
