Dear Eshal and other colleagues,
A week ago I just told you, how one Australian journal has rejected
our paper in which we proposed a straight exact analytical solution
for a scourge of dynamics - for nonlinear vibration systems, by the
reason that they haven't referees for this paper (dynamic systems are
in their Aims and Scope). Now let me tell you a new story.
Some time ago EL Hemetis lectured me that I, while having my problems,
"try to sell" to my colleagues on Google my "non-existent"
longitudinal EM waves, instead to earn some money, undertaking some
real business. It goes without saying that I do develop some practical
things - you see, we are alive so many years of such 'care' about us.
Recently one person sent me an advertisement that there exist an award
from $ 10 000 to $ 75 000 for some one who will present a direct
general solution of last Fermat theorem. You surely know, this problem
remained unsolved about 350 years. Well, we have proved that general
solution does not exist, because the solution branches, and marked the
way to the solutions in some branches. Then we sent this notice to the
indicated person (in Texas) and informed of it the person who sent us
this advertisement (in England). And we received 'daemons' - "your
message cannot be delivered" - to both messages!
There is no news that computers are controlled and some messages are
'confiscated' by some 'interested people', though these messages were
on a 'numerical conundrum'. Well, if so, we decided to publish this
notice in our e-journal, on

(where our counter again has been almost stopped - 'people don't read
it!' - but we follow the counter and know, during this year we had
about a thousand and a half visitors). And we tried to inform you all
of this notice here on Google, in five newsgroups. Suddenly in our
town (Kharkov, Ukraine) a half of internet-offices was closed. (Just
because of total control and interception by all who only wants, we do
not have the internet connection at home. It extremely encumbers our
work but makes it possible.) Well, we passed over such difficulties,
even when the entire town was disconnected from internet to prevent
our 'undesirable' messages, or when suddenly the rail way was taken
up, because we were going to the place where the question of
publication of our works was pointed-blank (it also happened, we
walked along the railway and 'arrived' in time, the director of
printing-house became more white than a chalk.  ).
None the less, we loaded our advertisement to the newsgroups. Then the
moderator of one of these five threads deleted our post, lest another
four couldn't publish our thread (though the main thread wasn't his).
By the way, at the same time your, Eshal, responds to me in a strange
way disappeared from my search, in that number the post to which I'm
responding now. Different people, different countries, but the actions
- as if to one order.
At the same time a desperate fight goes on here to annihilate our
laboratory and to make of us some homeless people.
I can give you one more example from the area of practical
developments that can be interesting for Electronic Mozart. We have
developed a powerful methodology to calculate mismatched electric long
lines and ladder filters,

and results calculated by our method fully coincide with experimental
data. You to understand better, our method allows to find the
solutions in the area of loads where the conventional methods don't
work by definition. At the same time, all existing lines work at some
frequency bands and are mismatched (and this is well known for all
specialists and written in all textbooks on the circuit theory). It
seems, take and implement! Quite practical development, has no
analogues, in the century of internet and global networks it would
have a widest application. And? And the same. Rejected publications,
ignored appeals and 'strange' events around us. Our multiple
advertisements in the newsgroups were left practically without
discussion. Our proposition to launch the project in frames of CORDIS
met a zero respond, the same as our appeals to designers of software
for this area. Even our attempts to publish an advertisement in
"Electronic Design" and other journals specialised in advertisements
on electronic were unsuccessful - "your material is not topical" -
just the reason that the moderator expressed on the Fermat theorem.

Bob Kolker and some others say something of the *Muslim* extremism.
Here you all see a clear *West* extremism. Everyone knows of it and
supports it - perhaps, everyone likes it. But the bombs fall on Iraq.
The most impressive is that no one of those whom you mean, and who
makes their career by way of servility to those whom you mean, and
who's seeking a profit in the works of those whom you mean - they all
don't want to understand their role in the history of science. Perhaps
just this is why we so often received a messages that the scientists
will have to discover anew the laws which we have discovered, the same
as after Fermat.
Isn't it a pretty story?
