Hi

I was wondering what would be the procedures & medication used if the soliders would get sprayed with nerve gas agents on the battlefield.

I know that they have this medication that they have to inject themself with & when they get to the base they then change the injection medicine with an aerosol medecine. Why are they only using the aerosol medicine in the base? Is it because of the quantity needed or because it is not handy to carry aerosol with them on the battlefield.

What are the aerosol medication used to treat nerve gas agents & what kind of quantity is needed? In case of an attack on civilians in a city would the aerosol in small quantity be usefull till you get people to the hospital?

I've also heard of a foam aerosol that decontaminate the area affected & help to reduce the treath. Since these foams increase a 100 times in volume when passing from liquid to foam what kind of volume would you need to carry on yourself to be able to decontaminate one person.

Thanks for your help
