Idiot. Children are amoral monsters who have to be taught not to be
selfish.
The solution to wars is to fight fire with Halon.
Send SEAL sniper teams to take out pissant power-crazed dictators,
one at a time, and then their replacements, until nobody wants the job
of dictator. No armies required, no navies, no fighter-bombers, no
tanks, no nuclear weapons, no "collateral damage" of civilians dying
in droves while armed brainwashees contend over what color of flag
will be raised that day.
Then maybe we can afford the time and resources to claim the stars.
