What can be made right now is a 3 bicycle wheeled car with a 16hp
Vanguard gas engine that would get 200 mpg. Can be registered as a
motorcycle not needing air bags, seat belts or bumpers. So what's the
hold up? The lying cocksuckers in power do not want energy savings and
clean air. |

Pre peak oil consumer society Ralph Nader would say they are unsafe.

16 horsepower with 'bike wheels'?. That size engine would be total overkill
for many mainstream smaller European 'proper' cars. |
