Back in December of 2004, seans decided to provide humans with a gift.
We were reminded of this in a post by Brad Guth, an honorary member of our
human crew.
So we have decided to dub this device the Braguthic Drill.
Here intact is the original posted gift to you...
-------------------------------------------------
We have decided to share a futuristic device with you.
We have named it a:
Drum Radius of Intense Laser Light.
(D.R.I.L.L.)
You wanted decoder rings? <G>
We'll go you one better.
THIS decoder ring enables you to communicate with the sky beyond your
atmosphere at any time of day or night.
This is a device which creates a cylindrical "wall" of laser light.
We suggest you begin with a smaller model which has an inner radius of 3 or
4 inches.
The lasers which project the wall must be set as closely as possible to each
other to create the wall effect.
Larger models, which will "burn" bigger and better holes in the daytime sky,
can be built later, when you've discovered how to "flatten" and diffuse the
laser SOURCES (without weakening the light).
Eventually, you will create a device which will project a solid cylindrical
wall without any interstitial defects.
You can experiment with wavelength, and you will find that, generally, the
longer the wavelength, the better.
Other parameters such as minimum power and maximum beam divergence will be
easy for you to figure out.
When done correctly, the light outside the cylinder will not be able to
penetrate inside and scatter.
And the scattered light within the cylinder will quickly dissipate to reveal
the planets, stars, the faintest of objects.
It is a simple matter to install a telescope within the DRILL.
You can use the DRILL to study the night sky without city/industrial light
interference.
And when you have perfected the DRILL, you will be able to use it to
penetrate the scattered light from your star during the day.
Long ago when our ancestors first invented this device (we were yet stuck on
our planet as are you), it took us a little over ten of your years to
perfect it.
It would be interesting to see if you can do better.
Please figure the rest out for yourselves so we can get an accurate
comparison.
You will find many other interesting applications for this device and its
spinoffs.
What you can do with it will be limited only by your imaginations.
Please consider this as our gift to you, and receive it along with our wish
that upcoming new times will be peaceful and prosperous for all.
Darla
-------------------------------------------------
And, of course, you're welcome!

If there's any potential evil sorts of DRILL applications, I'm certain
that we'll figure those out and apply such in a very ethnic or NWO one-
sided way, long before any peaceful or astronomy constructive sorts of
applications get into public mainstream physics and science.
As I'd said before, the zero Delta-V of our Selene/moon L1 would
always make a terrific location for hosting that DRILL or whatever
laser cannons, as well as for accommodating a tethered dipole element
reaching another loaded science platform to within 2r of Earth (a bit
closer [>1.5r] if you'd dare).
Btw; there is no “sci.electromagnetics” newsgroup, at least not via
Google Groups…

The evil application of any tool is a foregone conclusion, Brad.
A hammer, a screwdriver, all tools can be found to be dangerous in the wrong
hands, or even in the right ones, for defence.
This is one reason why we would closely attend to the construction of a
Braguthic Drill on Earth.
The BD works anywhere, on any platform or location.
The location available to science presently is Earth's surface.
One has to start somewhere.
The s.e group has been inactive for some time, now.
Google groups might have to be approached to add s.e back onto their server.
Those other four stars are our sean crew, our human crew, all life in the
Milky Way, all life in the Universe.
Or they can be the elements, Air, Earth, Water, Fire, and the Fifth Star
would be Milla Jovovich as "Leeloo"? <G>
The stars can be whatever you like, Brad, whatever is truly significant to
you.

So GOOFBALL, how many times did you D.R.I.L.L. the sky? lmfjao!
Did you SHOOT DOWN any UFOs?
The only BEAMS I've seen were with a laser on the McMath Solar
Telescope at Kitt Peak. It was a RED beam.

Dearest William of the elder coots - there are tradeoffs you will only
understand by constructing the device.
It's not like building an airfoil.
It's more like building a hangar full of densely packed synchronised
airfoils.

If you include black stars and perhaps black holes, then yes,
nayasyers and their obfuscation are welcome, and as you say, as

Yes. Knowing them has nothing to do with what they profess.
[quote]Dear Nightcrawler... sometimes logic can only be discovered by wading through a lot of crap.
It's called "contrast".

You may find:
1) Knowledge that wading through the crap was stupid, yes.
2) Finding out a logical reason for wading through the crap, never.
Common sense dictates the logic before you take your first step.
If you lack common sense...
Contrast? What, clean versus covered in crap? |
