aren't a mom-and-pop operation.

FDA is ridiculous at best. A 100 milligrams of vitamin C in a capsule
of
some highly dubious cold remedy. Woo hoo. And cough suppressants
are not a drug of high merit. And then an antihistamine for a cold?
Perhaps to make one sleepy during the day and wakefulness at
night? LOL And then the acetaminophen not a good idea as people
often like a shot of hard liquor with a cold or flu.
Better would it be to take a spray decongestant if needed. And unless
a fever is way high, it likely better let the body to do it's thing.
And if one wants to get to sleep a cup of chamomile tea
will work as was well for a couple of days. And melatonin
will dependably work unlike the problem seen when antihistamines
are used for sleep.
There is some evidence as I recall that high dose
vitamin C and acetaminophen aren't good mix.
Not that 100 or 200 mgs of vitamin C is high dose.
It nearly always best to avoid acetaminophen, IMO.
Just because it is a favorite of the conventional
medicine proves nothing. Some of those who use acetaminophen
on a long term basis will have resulting damage to
both kidneys and the liver.
