Introduction
The art of Leonardo da Vinci, and the music of Bach and Mozart,
are as priceless in Beauty, as are the value and vitality of
caring knowledge and the 'wisdom shaping future' of the Human
Rights Issues - borne as all these are, from the same spirit or
Soul. This issue, on 'Fine Particle Physics' (FPP) is part of
the Human Rights Issues.
I am endowed with so vast an amount of Spiritual Intelligence
(defined as having that much love for people, as - with love of
people motivating the intention and feeding the ability - to
seek out and connect to those data, that are the necessary and
the most vital to the subject or to the goal to achieve), so,
that I have regained the necessary understanding
so far ABOVE current "science" in all its areas, including also
the philosophies and religions of East and West, and of North
and South, that I am inconceivably FAR above those who are now
collectively seen as "Academia," or as "Nobel-Prizemia" if you
like to be more expressive,
in describing the global "science" community which floats on
the highest COMMON level of their intelligence (which is too
Insane and too much captive in malice, to describe it without
nausea) with their uncanny belief about themselves and about
their "sciences" "being scientific,"
because in their "sciences," they omit about ninety percent of
the AVAILABLE and VITAL data from ACTUAL Science - and the
remaining ten percent data they DO teach, learn and use, of
that half is wrong data or is reversing actual Science).

Thus a demanding burden of actual social understanding is put on
you - your (of course Spiritual) Intelligence has to be present
to some noticeable extent, which is when you can re-establish or
even maintain a good enough (sensible, spiritually sensing)
connection to yourself, to your own Soul, and to others as well
- and to me of course, as I am the author of what you read now -
for you to actually be able to study the following data,
with my vague and not entirely unfounded hope about you, that
you might possibly USE these data (or do show it to someone
else who will be using it),
a use that will vastly increase our Sanity, and will increase
all that goes with such (vast, true) Sanity - Sanity being a
very rare quality and commodity on Earth indeed, and though it
is more scarce than diamonds are, Sanity is rarely valued, and
even more rarely sought - with the result, that 'only you and I
have it.'

PART FOUR
A very 'slow' signal (translated into electronic terms as below
something like one Hertz) could be safely discarded for that
purpose.
And such a signal is shown anyway, in the first stage, the
lowest-amplification readout, which indicates the general
electrical resistance value of the body and thus also a slow and
wide fluctuation, such as below one Hertz.
The low level (first stage) readout serves then to show a smooth
and slowly bobbing up and down of the resistance value,
obviously from relaxing one's vigilance and going into a state
of complacency while diminishing or withdrawing from active,
inquisitive perception and handling of life.

Medical "science" is ENTIRELY INSANE AND DESTRUCTIVE in this
area (and in many other areas), and they manage to maintain - in
the whole area of medicine - an arrogance and vehement
persistence of Evil, that only the Criminal Mind (having a
reverse conscience) is capable of maintaining in society and in
'Academia.'
The level of your Spiritual Stupidity, and with it, what
destructive Insanity you allow or even demand yourself and your
children to be treated with and subjected to,
the kind of books and magazines you buy to satisfy your lust for
STAYING as Insane and as Destructive to your own life and that
of others, as you can get away with and feel comfortable about,
is absolutely APPALLING.
Even more so it is in the area of the current "science" of
theoretical physics, where your INTENTIONAL lack and denial of
WHAT IS WIDELY AVAILABLE AND HAS BEEN KNOWN AND AVAILABLE FOR
CENTURIES, your denying the most basic and most vital knowledge
and data, and giving the whole area of research into the hands
of Criminal Minds, is entirely unforgivable, and is
indescribably Insane indeed.
And it is all due to your refusal to face Criminal Minds (your
too great Cowardice when you are faced with Criminal Minds),
WHO OF COURSE want exactly that of you, and that you propagate
and defend that Insanity and Cowardice, as "normal," and as
"good," just as they do it also in the "New Age" or "spiritual"
movement, (they) admire each other 'to death' FOR being Cowardly
Insane.

Da Capo (I repeat): So here you have a complete and working
instrument, to detect WHO, which Criminal Mind(s), is (are)
inflicting Harmful Altered Life Energy Particles (HALEPs) onto
or into parts of your body, and at and into your soul:
The BASIC and MOST Harmful Energy PARTICLES inflicted, are
Drugged-Euphoria Energy, Ugliness Energy, Unconsciousness
Energy, and Hate-Pain Energy.
And it is to detect WHO is pulling or smashing - by means of the
above Harmful and more insidious and more clever Energy
'cocktails' created by them and inflicted on you (on your
feelings, you would say) to confuse and misguide you - so that
they can more easily smash and pull your pure Life Energy away,
and diminish your control over your body and over your thoughts
and over your feelings and over your emotions and over your
observations and over your intentions and your desires.
But you are far TOO Insane, to understand the above, let alone
to use the data (plus the meter, necessarily) - to restore and
increase OUR (your and my, and other people's) Sanity.
And I already explained to you a hundred times, that IT IS NOT
POSSIBLE, but highly Destructive, to try and remedy Criminal
Minds themselves or other severely deranged people. Christianity
can not do it, Islam can not do it, Hinduism can not do it,
Buddhism can not do it - BUT THEY ALL PRETEND, INTENSELY
DESTRUCTIVELY, that "They Can."
Medical "science," however, with Descartes, as explained
earlier, "remedied them," in the true fashion of simplicity, by
simply declaring, and having you accept, that Criminal Minds "do
not exist" at all, it's only "mechanical malfunctions of the
body," that you see.
THEY CAN NOT remedy Criminal Minds - they can not even detect
them, let alone defend you against them.
Taoism can not, Theosophy can not, Anthroposophy can not, Past
Life Regression Therapy can not, and Neuro Linguistic
Programming can not at all, of course. Jesus Christ could not
and can not; and I could not and can not and not for lack of
trying, with my vast ability, force and intense love for people,
I could only make them "sane" for an hour at most, which does
not classify as sane, of course, and I could make it SEEM "they
are cured," by giving or not stopping or not being able to stop
them taking my Life Energy, so they SEEMED "normal" and very
"able," but they remained vicious vampires and thieves with the
ability to hide their actual intentions and their creation of
Evil. (See for instance HRI 'Past-life Regression of Vincent Van
Gogh's Ear.')
They, Criminal Minds, can not be remedied, but they are
permanently damaged souls, which is what the whole problem of
Earth is about in the first place, and which resulted in false
"solutions," and in all the ENTIRELY FALSE doctrines and
philosophies about "the soul's evolution," "Karma," "heaven,"
"nirvana," etc., etc.. For the unraveling of those lies and
restoring actuality, I refer you to the respective HRI's - Human
Rights Issues - starting with The Definition of Peace.'
And the individual who started to oppose The Creation, and who
inflicted and caused individuals then also to inflict such
PERMANENT damage into the soul of billions of others - the
originator can be given the name 'Satan,' if you like, who is
not a "god," but a regular Demon as at least one percent of the
living population on Earth is too, and who can be incarnate as
anyone else, or not, at times, it is just an individual -
who however ENJOYS, who derives PLEASURE from going against and
from DESTROYING The Creation, by deliberately inflicting Evil on
people, and who is NAMED when incarnate like you and me are now,
and this individual is the subject of a recent and permanent
Human Rights Order.
The Insanity and Cowardice of ALL journalists is such however,
that they can not talk about this AT ALL, despite this
individual being currently (Oct 2009) strongly and very
negatively in the global news media, obviously not entirely
without my hand in his exposure for who and what he is, I must
admit.

To understand all the above, let alone to USE the understanding
(plus the meter, necessarily) - to restore and increase OUR
(your and my, and other people's) Sanity, means hard and
constant work. And, it be further remarked, that (despite your
organ having been, and being kept, ENERGETICALLY glued tight, by
Criminal Minds and by THEIR demands for your "social" behavior,
nevertheless) it means OPENING YOUR MOUTH, meaning - instead of
you being the "educated," plugged-up Coward and cooped-up
chicken that you have let yourself be made into BECAUSE YOU ARE
A DECENT PERSON -
you should now come out of the chicken coop - and you should
TALK, WRITE, COMMUNICATE, so that more sheep follow over the
dam,
even in China, where the written symbol for Justice, means
'acting like sheep.' *(n)
Don't let Criminal Minds ALL OF THE TIME determine ALL OF YOUR
FEELINGS, including you TIREDNESS, or your UNCONSCIOUSNESS, and
your not less destructive BLINDNESS.

As I said: While Criminal Minds tell you "how 'sane' and how
'highly educated' you are, with all your Nobel prizes," you are
in fact highly Insane, and intensely Cowardly.
But Criminal Minds do - of course - not like you to know that
about yourself, much less do they like you to know, that THEY
inflicted and maintain the condition in you, Energetically, and
on others of course too.
So THEY vehemently OPPOSE this knowledge, and make you discard
it, and make you not like truth, they torture you with their
inflicted Energies (feelings and compulsions and blindness
etc.), which the Medical profession then MAKES you very Insane
about,
much like Criminal Minds do indeed hate any truth about
themselves, about others, and about life itself.
Evil consists of vehemently HIDING and DESTROYING truth, and you
- you poor sods, you Feynmans - you think you can engage in
Science, WITHOUT FACING EVIL? You do not even know the Trinity
of Science, or the Definition of Spiritual Intelligence.
Criminal Minds made it even forbidden or "unscientific," to USE
the word 'Evil,' in 'Academia.'
And it is entirely forbidden in "professional" journalism, too,
in which the very JOURNALISTIC activity of 'NOT HIDING the vital
and simplest of truth,' is opposed and denied, and
is labeled or seen as "unprofessional." Just read any Associated
Press or Reuters article - they carefully HIDE any Evil, and
often reverse it even, by praising the most obvious Evil as
being 'Good' and desirable. (See HRI's on the subject.)

This is further proof of your highly DESTRUCTIVE Insanity. Which
(your destructive Insanity) you may choose to resolve - through
study and a very strong contribution to life - or you also may
choose not to do so.
My hope - about even the best of you - is very dim indeed. Your
main Mental Illness
(which is - surprise, surprise - NOT classified by the licensed
medical and drug-pushing, knife-wielding quacks and charlatans
called licensed doctors, but nevertheless, your main Mental
Illness)
is pure and plain and simple Cowardice, fed and maintained by
Stupidity, which is not less in your possession.
Insanity - as explained in other HRI's - is cause by the refusal
or inflicted inability, to face Criminal Minds. Thus Cowardice
perpetuates and increases Insanity. And you fall on your nose,
by lack of correct data, and this Stupidity "proves Cowardice to
be the only viable way, for staying alive and not get killed by
Criminal Minds and their followers."
But Courage then - not bravery, but Courage which largely
depends on informing yourself correctly about some situation
and about the condition of others - is OPPOSING Insanity and
is REMEDYING Insanity.

You are severely and in all areas of life, VIOLATING the First
and the Second Law of Human Rights. These are all about Courage.
So Courage plus the knowledge necessary - knowledge in order not
to have bravery, but Courage - has then to be 'marketed' to you,
like - 'if you read this, you will get a free bottle of your
favorite flavor of sparkling water,' or then 'you may wear an
Ambassador for Mankind badge,' or 'you become part of the Blue
Peace movement.'
Life Energy Particles have color, as those who can still see,
will confirm to you.
You can have the domination-or-death type - Black, Dark Red,
Grey and Brown - "stability and harmony" by means of
domination and by enforcing stupidity, as you have it in
North-Korea and in Mao's China and in Stalin's Russia, in Cuba,
in Iran etc., etc..
Opposing that, you have 'Blue Peace,' like when people want to
be governed by me.
The Human Rights Issues form a 'Blue Peace movement:'
referring to the very intense Diamond-White Sparkling Blue and
Indigo - and Bright Green and Golden Orange - Life Energy
Particles that I create and give to you and globally, in
abundance.
