Global Warming was invented by Al Gore and he
controls the world's scientific academies, the peer review process,
the more than 500 major corporations and the US military who concur
that AGW is a threat, and every government in the developed world with
the exception of the crackpot leader of the Czech Republic?
That's why those who are skeptics (deniers) lean towards having no
scientific background in climatology and many are linked to the fossil
fuel industry and even shilled for the tobacco industry back in the
days when they tried to tell us that there was no evidence that
smoking was harmful.
All this so Gore could sell tickets to his documentary while deviously
plotting a Star Trek style one-world socialist government!

Quite right. There is no correlation between CO2 and climate change
in the geological or historicial records available. If anything CO2
shows up as a response to minor climate change, presumably as oceans
warm up and release CO2. The assumption that CO2 caauses temperature
rises rests on excedingly crude computer models. These models are
so crude that each section of the earth surface is 200km x 200km and
only 25 slices up. That's almost the size of Tasmania. The computing
power isn't there. What is required is the abillity to simulate
individual clouds. In addtion the data is crap. We haven't had a
meathod to measure ocean temperatuers since 1994 when the argo system
started working while 89% of temperature probes are within 30m of man
made structures, these things are alwasy be adjsuted with correction
factors. In other words very little reliable data is being fed into
crude 'super computer models'. Only the supercomputers are not very
super. This will come as a suprise to most folks who thing computer
are all powerfull. They're not. We've only recently been able to
solve the Navier-Stokes equations for aiflow around an aircraft let
alone something like the weather based on poor instruments.
This really is driven politcally, a bandwaggon of sheeple being scared
out of their wits by folks with a political agenda and others who want
a grant. Its the same old same old. |

There is no rationale in claiming the increase
in atmospheric CO2 is other than from burning
fossil, the question should be about how little
the effect of THAT increased in CO2 affects
temperatures or any other facet of climate. |

most ice shelves are named.
I haven't seen any mention of ice shelves in
the Arctic, but there probably is some, can you
reference them?
Never mind, I found one, they were keeping
it secret, Oh, Yeah, there are five left now.
Probably enough ice to raise sea level a
millionth of a millimeter.
