Okay, I have mentioned this issue previously. Phosphatidic acid (PA)
is the most important mediator in the famous TOR signaling which is
being discussed here like a miracle (when blocked with rapamycin for
life extension). Now what the "experts" don't seem to realize is that
PA can be charged with either Arachidonic or Mead acid at its sn-2
position and this makes a hell of difference in the signaling. So
instead of taking dangerous antibiotics like rapamycin you can easily
and naturally slow the TOR signaling and prolong your life by cutting
on the Arachidonic acid and its precursors ... (of course if you want
to build strong muscles you may do the opposite)
