Just out of curiosity, I went to Amazon.com and checked out the book
about Sarah Palin, "Going Rogue." It's coming out next month and
already have been marked down from $28.99 to $9.00. Since it also
shows the book is already number two on Amazon's list, I wonder why
the drastic cut in price.
Although she is listed as the author, I heard somewhere that somebody
else wrote the book. Maybe she wrote half of it and then quit.

Of course someone else helped write it! She can't speak, how can she
write. Or as Bill Mahre said, How can you write a book when you've
never read one.
That have a satirical one being published at the same time called,
Going Rouge! It would probably me more interesting, but I don't want
to hear the white trash sluts name much less read about her or from
her.

Most famous people who "write" their books have ghostwriters. Not
unusual at all.

I rarely read "celebrity biographies" unless it is someone I truly admire,
and she is certainly not in that category for me.
In addition, feeling as I do about use of the English language and grammar,
if she really wrote it herself it would probably give me some sort of major
catastrophic mental breakdown!

a human being, never mind as a presidential candidate, is really quite

My post was in response to the OP, and others, who suggested that only
Palin would have a ghostwriter, and used that to take a cheap shot.
It's a matter of getting the facts straight, if indeed someone did
collaborate with her to write it.

What I find horrifying is that someone would think another person "isn't
valid as a human being" just because her opinion differs from his or her
own.
Just whose job is it to decide who is or isn't "a valid human being,"
anyway?

Because it's okay for some liberals to trash anyone who doesn't think
their way, but watch them whine when it's the other way around. I
suspect Palin garners so much animosity because liberals are afraid of
her, which of course will be denied, and the MSM is trying to divert
attention away from the disaster in the Whitehouse.

The only thing that frightens me about her is her extreme right-wing views
and the fact that some people consider her presidential material. Many
things she's said anger and disgust me, but, thankfully, we live in a
country where she and I can both express our views freely without worry
about being jailed for saying what we think.
IMO, the reason the media focuses so much attention on her is that it makes
sensational news, which we all know sells, and their bottom line is ratings.
Of course, Marsha, you and I are going to disagree on whether or not the
present administration is a disaster, just as we disagreed about the last
administration. <G>

Other than being totally against abortion, I don't think she as far
right as the old boy network. She has fought against her own party.
