Speaking of the RAGE stimulation by oxidized cholesterol and the
antiinflammatory effects of low AGE diet recently I am wondering, how
much of the cholesterol in ordinary lard is actually oxidized?

Wouldn't that depend on many factors? Have you done a google search
for oxysterol lard? |
