Saw my doc today. He was pleased with my 20# weight loss. To celebrate a
little, I picked up a treat on the way home. Sitting in my office, enjoying
the treat, I heard a sound behind me. Martha was standing right behind me!
Busted!! Peanut butter in one hand, spoon in the other, jar half empty.
She said I jumped about a foot. Don't think she will let me forget this
one.

Remind her it could have been worse: at least you weren't scooping peanut

Peanut butter is my biggest weakness too Neal - only I sprinkle a little
Splenda on it (like that really cuts down the calories - LOL). I could
probably lose a lot of weight if I could just lay off of it.
