THREE CHEERS FOR THE COMPASS...

The compass!
<
THAT was the "secret."
[quote:a34617e806]
Columbus was one of the first seafarers to realize that the compass[/quote:a34617e806]
-- invented in China hundreds of years before King Ferdinand and
Queen
Isabella -- was not a child's toy, as almost everyone believed at the
time.
<
In fact, the compass was the reason why Columbus -- in the years
before he discovered America -- could set sail to unknown parts
of the ocean and always come back safe and sound.

Other ship captains would do it, obviously, but, wIthout a compass to
guide them, some would never return. Columbus always returned.
<
In fact, that's how Christopher Columbus got his last name: Columbus,
which is actually a nickname.
<
Because Columbus astounded people in the port cities by often sailing
to the Great Unknown and always returning, he became known as
"Columbo," which back then meant homing pigeon in Italian. (Today
it means any kind of dove in Latin.)
<
But it took more than just a compass for Columbus to discover
America.
It also took a great deal of common sense, which indeed he had.
<
For example, he had to make sure that those aboard the Nina, the
Pinta
and the Santa Maria wouldn't starve if they sailed so far into the
unknown without finding land befor their food gave out.
<
So Columbus devised a plan that assured all crew members not only
wouldn't starve but eat as well heading back to port as they did
sailing
from it.
<
On both sides of Columbus' three ships, there were several barrels in
a row containing different food items. When a crew member ate, he
first filled his plate with a bit of food from each barrel.
<
But -- surprise! -- he wouldn't sit down and eat. Instead, he would
proceed to the barrels on the other side of the ship and empty each
particular food item into their respective barrels.
<
Then the crew members would return -- empty plate again in hand --
to the first set of barrels and refill it. At that point, he would sit
down
and have a bite to eat.
<
You see, Columbus wanted to make sure none of his crew was
threatened with starvation. When the food ran out in the first set
f barrels, it was the signal to turn the ships around and head back
to port.
<
The food in the other barrels meant the crew would be able to
eat as well sailing back home as they did on the way out.
<
Smart, huh?
<
You also may be interested to learn that Columbus had yellow hair and
a red beard. And he *wasn't* Italian.
<
He was born in The Tyrol, in the Alps, and was assumed to be Italian
by scholars and history buffs -- but only because he grew up in what
later became Italy which at that time were individual provinces.
<
See. Columbus had yellow hair and a red beard, and only men of
Tyrolean ancestry have that distinction. Nowhere else in the world
is this combination found, only in men of Tyrolean ancestry.
<
What you have read are additional revelations from David Fellin, one
of two coal miners who were rescued after being entombed 14 days
following a cave-in near Hazleton, Pa., back in August 1963,.
<
It was while Fellin and Hank Throne were waiting to die -- since
their
rescue required nothing short of a miracle -- that, for whatever
reason, he had numerous out-of-body experiences which included
trips back in time to see key events of history unfold.
<
In his trip back in time to Columbus' journey that eventually would
lead to the discovery of America, he has attested that he was aboard
Columbus' flagship -- seeing but not being seen -- to witness
firsthand
what is revealed here.
<
And, yes, David Fellin was taken back in time to see how the Pyramids
were "really" constructed.
<
He revealed that those mlti-ton blocks weren't moved an inch but,
instead, were constructed right where they can be found today --
as part of the Pyramids.
<
He said they were built by Egyptian-looking men pouring a mixture of
liquid and what appeared to be sand into huge wooden forms, the way
sidewalks, etc., are made today.
<
He also revealed that the groups of 20-25 Egyptians making each
block -- other groups making other blocks at the same time -- were
supervised by a Caucausian man with a dark, dark tan whom he
identified as an extraterrestrial.
<
It should be emphasized that David Fellin took two sets of polygraphs
about what he saw and experienced while out of his body and passed
both with flying colors.
