After crashing into the lunar surface, that latest lunar probe
experiment was expected to cough up some heavy dust. Apparently this
did not happen, and the results will continue to mystify the believers
in a "fixed-axis" theory of planetary rotation, as well as those who
imagine that volatile-rich planets could accrete primarily in a post-
solar-ignition environment; or that the circular lunar maria (and
Caloris Basin, and the Argyre Planitia) are actually huge, magically
infilled impact remnants.
Shame on them, and curse them for fools! |
