required however, and your provider screwed up in their response. I will
wait for the so-called reply and go from there to pursue the two
together.
Not sure why you want to keep the site up or the fight up, but hopefully
the attorney advised you it's not such a good idea.

You do realize that Steve doesn't have to
do anything until an actual *judge* rules
in your favor, right?
Oh, and there's a reason why he "wants to
keep the fight up" (_sic_); it's termed
calling your bluff. And my guess is
that it'll work to perfection.
Hope you enjoy paying court costs, Edmo;
most judges don't look on frivolous
lawsuits with much favor.

Umm, did you read that letter ALL the way through?? Specifically:
"Your issuance of a takedown notice in bad faith could subhect you to
liability. Please consider carefully whether you wish to proceed with
your current course of action."
I mentioned this once already, you had best consult a lawyer because
false accusations can be quite detrimental.
