Have you ever read the DMCA or had it explained? As I understand if
they do not feel there is a violation, they do not have to remove it and
then you have to sue them. Then if they are in a different country you
have to sue in that country, then there's the problem that if you refer
to the smbtech page, *I* saw no copy righted info there, nothing but
Usenet posts. Really old Usenet posts. Then on top of all of that I have
to say you apparently have not consulted a lawyer because if you had the
first thing he would have told you was what I already said, STFU your
fat mouth on Usenet. If you planned on suing someone for something why
