You could accidentally weld the bolt to its captor !
I used a philips bit , but ground down to
tapered 3 corner , then pounded it in with
3X Air hammer , while i torqued on the bit with a
wrench . Air Force 1964...
You get to control both twist from wrench , and
the hammering from the air gun ..
Air Farce , at Edwards Lancaster California ..
got E.D.M. , ELOX brand ,
"eat" out broken taps by slowly by arcing/erroding them .
Pop rivet galvy to 1inch square , 16 gage ..
Naaaaww , MIG it .
Copper bars as heat dams , MIG box is adapted to handle multiple
torches each using the smallest wire .
8 MIGs ,, all stitch the galvy at once ,
then wait to cool , they
automatically walk and stitch. |
