Would Jesus be diagnosed with schizophrenia today if he was alive? With
talking to God and being the son of God thing you know.

No I don't think he would. You have to consider his life in the
context of the era he was from. Back in those days there was a Messiah
on every corner. It was part of the culture. A lot of the lines in the
bible are blatant marketing strategies. For instance "beware of
worshipping false gods" was designed to stop anyone who stopped in the
street to listen to Jesus' ramblings from going around the corner and
becoming a fan of someone else. Jesus was a public speaker, that's
all. Nothing special, except for his bloodline (in much the same way
as the English royal family). He was always going to go down in
history because of that bloodline.

So no, I don't think he would be diagnosed if you consider him in
context. But then, if someone today was to tell people he is the son
of god, I think, and quite rightly too, he would be diagnosed. This is
because of the context we are in.

Of course he would.  Any mentallity that goes against society's grain
and seeks to turn the world upside down, causing the rich to be poor and the
poor to be rich, is going to get diagnosed schizophrenic.

No, just a member of the "Think for yourself!" cult actually. I'm also
a member of the "put Jesus' words into its historical content" squad.
Oh, and I'm a bodyguard for "The Truth". I tried to get into the Moral
Police once but the Christian church I applied for said I didn't meet
their entrance requirements. I just wasn't prejudiced enough. I tried
to win them over though by stoning to death everyone I saw working on
the Sabbath but that just got me into trouble with the real police. So
I guess I'll just have to go off and become a child molesting catholic
priest. Then the christians will follow me.

Jesus, like Moses, also performed miracles (healing the blind and
crippled, raising the dead, feeding of the 5000, turning water into
wine, etc etc etc) and they believed Him. He didn't just talk, he
walked the walk.

So your saying because it was a "in" thing in the past where there were alot
of Messiah on every corner Jesus would NOT be diagnosed with a
schizophrenia(eventhough there were no such terminology). So Psychiatric
diagnosis is based on what is "fashionable"?

No. He would be diagnosed to be a communist and get right wing America
all over him.

He even told you he was selling you a bridge."

What happend to all these people who can do miracles? Where are they now?
What about the scientists, how do they explain these miracles? It wouldn't
be scientific.

So his diagnosis is only communist? I didn't know there was such a diagnosis
in Psyhciatry. I mean they have all sort of psychiatric diagnosis but
communist?
Given what you said, then all followers of Jesus is communist.
