"Modern psychiatry is a medical hoax," said Mike Adams, author of Natural
Health Solutions and the Conspiracy to Keep You From Knowing About Them.
"The financial success of the psychiatric industry is almost entirely based
on diagnosing people with fictitious disorders, then prescribing overpriced,
patented synthetic chemicals to treat those disorders. There is no
scientific merit whatsoever to most of what goes on in psychiatry today.
Children are being routinely exploided by drug companies to generate
profits, not health."

Furthermore Dianetics got nothing to do with the medical, and thus can
not be a 'medical' anything...

The difference is that psychiatry is government supported, and thus
tax money is spent there. This creates a totally different situation.
How dare you compare that with natural methods...

So you don't have a problem with the word bogus being applied, just

Arnie Lerma.
What were the names of those that conducted "An Experimental

Incorrect conclusion. My response did not imply that. However,
government supported bogus is pretty bad, ain't that so?

Dianetics isn't a "medical hoax", it's just a hoax pretending to be
"medical".

Dianetics can't be a medical anything .. after the FDA busted them several
times for that, and shut down the New Jersey operation. The cascade
bankruptcies from that were why Hubbard restarted it as Scientology with its
religious cloaking device.

This certain psychiatrist was of the persuasion that anything you believe in
sufficiently becomes reality supernaturally, if you could put it that way.
When you look at psychiatric disfunction in this way, it does not even
matter whether the disfunction is indeed genetic or not. The mind surpasses
even those minor obstacles. |
