poster who hides behind them using an old email address of mine from
AOL 12 years ago to try and defamae me, defending a woman who has a
longer criminal record than me, who calls me a criminal, who has no
education, that calls me a high school drop out, who can't hold a job,
who calls me a loser, who calls me a stalker whilst posting pictures
of my residence and linking to my families facebook pages to her blog,
who brags about subpoenas she is issueing that she now hides because
they exonerate me (the investigator said it takes about 3 weeks to get
the answers and she issued them on August 25th 2 full months ago), who
maliciously calls my attorney names and threatens him, and threatens
tons of irrelevant discovery to make it difficult for us. Served by an
out of integrity process server she finds on craigslist who takes
pictures of my residence for her to post on her blog!
YEAH, that's right, this will play well in court!!!!

I spoke to AOL legal department today, they confirm that someone else
DOES have that email address ewollmann at (no spam) aol.com, and that they will
notify the real owner of it as soon as Cheryl Merrill resubmits her
Subpoena which was rejected on September 2, 2009. So now let's see if
she acts with integrity and goes after the real stalker and drops her
FALSE and abusive case against me. She's waited over a month since
she got that answer and has done NOTHING to remedy that fact. The
judge is gonna love this.

poster who hides behind them using an old email address of mine from
AOL 12 years ago to try and defamae me, defending a woman who has a
longer criminal record than me, who calls me a criminal, who has no
education, that calls me a high school drop out, who can't hold a job,
who calls me a loser, who calls me a stalker whilst posting pictures
of my residence and linking to my families facebook pages to her blog,
who brags about subpoenas she is issueing that she now hides because
they exonerate me (the investigator said it takes about 3 weeks to get
the answers and she issued them on August 25th 2 full months ago), who
maliciously calls my attorney names and threatens him, and threatens
tons of irrelevant discovery to make it difficult for us. Served by an
out of integrity process server she finds on craigslist who takes
pictures of my residence for her to post on her blog!

I spoke to AOL legal department today, they confirm that someone else
DOES have that email address ewollm... at (no spam) aol.com, and that they will
notify the real owner of it as soon asCherylMerrillresubmits her
Subpoena which was rejected on September 2, 2009. So now let's see if
she acts with integrity and goes after the real stalker and drops her
FALSE and abusive case against me. She's waited over a month since
she got that answer and has done NOTHING to remedy that fact. The
judge is gonna love this.
