Hi,
This may be a bit off topic since this is about video processing, but
the result of this processing is images so I figures this is the place
to post my question.
I am looking for software that can perform automatic key frame
extraction from videos. I know that a lot of video processing software
contains KFE components, but I am looking for a stand-alone executable
or library just for KFE. It does need to be free, but it does have to
be capable of processing many different video formats and should
preferably be "commercial-grade" rather than "research-grade"
software.
