Cloning PCR DNA
Cloning PCR products into plasmid vectors is a common downstream
application of PCR. When PCRwas in its infancy, researchers found that
it was not easyto clone PCR products by simple blunt-end ligation
intoblunt-ended plasmid vectors because somethermostable DNA
polymerases, including Taq DNAPolymerase
