I have an idea what this is without being able to really understand it
from the text
Can anyone explain it precisely and/or give me a translation in French

Evertjan, here "entretien" is not "maintenance" but "interview".

évolutive, which as an adjective must be of the same gender as the noun
it refers to, is feminine as well.

general standard language.
So it looks like a question of choosing the current trendy English
word vaguely expressing the organization of thoughts or data. One is
"array", fashionable enough. I'm sure there are many more. |

Maybe you could use "interview matrix" instead of "interview grid", as
it seems more common.
