EPROM Programmers...

Am looking into getting an EPROM programmer - seems there are two varieties.
The bare-bones PCB Willem type programmer off Ebay for £30ish from
China/Hong Kong etc. or there are the £100+ comes-in-a-nice-enclosure ones
such as DataMan/Stag/ART etc.

Any pros/cons with either sort. Appreciate any recommendations. Cheers.
