Two battleships were permanently lost - Arizona and Oklahoma. The Arizona sank with over a thousand men lost, and is now a permanent war memorial. The Oklahoma capsized - some crew members were rescued by cutting through the hull. How many were lost and how did the rest escape? What happened to the ship and why is it given so little mention in history?
