Cow milk contains the EXACT same hormone as humans have. It is
the most powerful hormone yet discovered and the purpose of it is to
instruct cellular growth. The hormone is known as IGF-1. Across 4,000
mammal species only cows and humans share the EXACT same hormone.
Dairy industry studies have shown that 10 oz. milk supplement a day
increases systemic IGF-1 by 10%.
The genetic blueprint of every human stops "growth" in most people by
age 25. The ONLY thing not accounted for in the blueprint are the
abberrent cells known as cancer. They have no growth parameters. They
