Can you help me with following:

I'm trying to estimate process limits for a can sealing process. For example
suppose the current specification states thickness of can coating is 480 +/-
60. An experiment run to maximize seal strength while minimizing thickness.

Coating thickness levels were varied and seal strength recorded.

Thickness Strength
138.5 5.2
185.1 5.6
235.6 6.1
286.1 6.3
336.5 6.8
383.1 6.9
432.2 7.0
483.5 7.1 Control

Analysis shows quadratic model has adj r-square=.98. I find strength
decrease significanlty between 336.5 and 286.1. How can I calculate the
exact level strength becomes significantly lower than control. At what level
would I set new spec to ensure cans 95% of can fall within new specs?
