Maple and Meijer's G-function

Maple's implementation of Meijer's G-function does come with such a
numerical implementation. Unfortunately, this implementation does
not always give the right answers.

I have found that attempts to "simplify" things which
should not be simplified by using integer properties
can very often backfire or cause roundoff errors.
