I heartily recommend this site

for a lot of interesting gadgets, including slide rules and nomographs
and their ilk.

A lot of nice stuff to read, too, if you're into the sorts of things I
am when not staring at a translation job...

Thanks. As I wasn't sure I remembered the definition of the word
"nomograph" , I looked it up on the net and found, inter alia, that
the Wikipedia page on the subject contains a number of links to
downloadable nomographs, that are easily printed out.
