It has been only 10 years since scientists using laser beams have had
a chance to see the effect. Now with microwaves a true reactionless
effect is discovered.
A mere matter of making an experimental apparatus see would have
discovered this effect 10 years earlier, but now with the advent of
microwaves it was seen.
disclaimer: MAybe it is already in the patent process, but I am a
