I bought a used copy of the out-of-print book

"Applied Electronic Engineering With Mathematica" by Alfred Riddle and
Samuel Dick.

This book is supposed to come with the Nodal software on a 1.44MB
floppy, but my copy has the disk missing. Is there anyone who has this
that would be willing to send me the software - I have a web-based file
upload facility at

(This is used on a web site where people upload valve data sheets, but
it will be fine for a small application like this too)
