Hi,

I'm searching for some (simple?) Freeware Tool to visualize in 3D a Printed
Circuit Board (PCB) with components like Resistors and Transistors on it.

It's only needed for visualization and I should be able to manually draw PCB
tracks on it and make 2D screenshots of it.

All tips are welcome.

Thanks,

Henk

Kicad has that ability integrated with its PCB layout application.
There aren't 3D models for every component but it's easy enough to
build new ones (or modify existing) using the (also free) Wings3D.

Versions available for Windows and Linux.
