Thanks for a great Skywatch! I like your writing style. I also
like your article on video astronomy. While I don't have a
dedicated astronomical video camera, I use the find mode of my
homebuilt "Cookbook" CCD camera in much the same way. In find
mode the camera sends (binned) images in rapid sucession, nearly
real time. I almost feel like James Gunn and coworkers in
Preston's great "First Light" when a bright galaxy enters the
computer screen. This with a little 6 inch MAK.
