I wonder why you are posting to sci.lang, a Group of which all members
have strong motives to believe that the Phastos Disk is a TEXT written
in some kind of SYLLABIC script. To convince them, you need more than
your graphics, based upon a series of "manipulations of the figures",
like changing 241/2 signs into 244, adding a piece of one Face to the
other in order to change two spiralic forms into a square or a
pyramid, etc. Strange indeed...

I wonder why you are posting to sci.lang, a Group of which all members
have strong motives to believe that the Phastos Disk is a TEXT written
in some kind of SYLLABIC script. To convince them, you need more than
your graphics, based upon a series of "manipulations of the figures",
like changing 241/2 signs into 244, adding a piece of one Face to the
other in order to change two spiralic forms into a square or a
pyramid, etc. Strange indeed...

Predominantly it was linguists, which were engaged in the identical
hobby for years. Of all they possess the greater confidence with the

That I am becoming desperate in need for apprentices is quite an other

Besides. My intentions were only to bring the happy message, that this
puzzling item 'the Phaistos disc' has reached its conclusion, whish

By the way. If I was still a youngster, and was told with such
