Hi,

Ideasforlife.tv have produced a video about a cutting edge, and
sustainable heating system in operation in the UK. The system has
been designed in Birmingham and is in use in the city centre.

You can check the video out here: http://www.ideasforlife.tv/watch/259

I don' t really understand why the use of hot water with absorption systems
(with no particular changes in district heating infrastructures) to produce
chilled air/water in hot months is not enough widespread worldwide. At last
in hot climates, it would allow enoumous energy savings, replacing the use
of electricity to power compression chillers
