IEA, an organisation founded 1973 after the first oil crisis
publishes each year a WEO world energy outlook

All the time, steep increase of oil usage.

Now there is an interview with the IEA.

The WEO 2008 which will be published in November is
complete different. Steep decline in oil.

If it's worth it then private industry will discover it, there was no
Manhattan project to discover manned flight.

do the rest of the things you need like make clothes water food and
transportation of such items.... Not enough space for enough photo cells
to power our planet.
