The mean frequency for the coupon collector test of digits is well
known to be 29.3 with a std.dev. of 11.2. But what is the mode and
median for the test?
I suspect the mode is 23 but what about the median?

I seem to read in Feller's book that the median is 27 and the
Greenwood article seems to indicate 26.5.>
